Leadership and Employee Engagement
The Leadership and Employee Engagement course has been developed to
take Leadership to the next level. Much of the success in directing and
managing employees can be tied to the degree of employee engagement
facilitated by the supervisor and supported by the organization. This
course presentation is complimented by The Front of the Class video. This is a two-hour workshop.
Coaching and Counseling
This two-hour workshop is designed for managers who want to learn
effective ways to coach, counsel, and give feedback to employees.
Understanding the importance of when coaching and counseling should
take place, as well as the setting in which it should happen will be
discussed. Preparing for the conversation and documentation after the
conversation are also topics that will be covered. This workshop will
also address how to talk to employees about sensitive issues and
workshop participants will have an opportunity to practice.
Cost: $39.00 per person.
