The workshop begins with a legal questions exercise to help new managers better understand what can and what cannot be asked in the interview process. Participants will leave the workshop with a good understanding of the difference between behavioral, theoretical, technical and leading questions. The concept of motivational fit will also be discussed. Participants will learn how to structure and prepare for an interview by examining job dimensions.
