Effective Time Management
This energizing two-hour workshop is facilitated by a certified Franklin-Covey instructor and is designed to help participants better understand how to manage time and multiple priorities. Participants will learn about goal setting, defining values and developing an organized system of follow up. Participants can use any method they choose to manage their day, including the Franklin-Covey time management system, a Blackberry, DayRunner, etc. This workshop is not focused on any one particular system.

Managing Effective Meetings

This one-hour workshop is designed to help participants more effectively prepare for and facilitate successful meetings and work as part of a team.  Effective facilitation skills and planning skills will be reviewed.

Effective Presentation/Facilitation Skills
This one-hour workshop gives participants the tools they need to make effective presentations. Topics covered include using PowerPoint effectively, how to use a flip chart while facilitating a discussion, speaking skills, body language when presenting, understanding how adults learn (androgogy), and how to make presentations fun and interactive.
