Employee Motivation
The Employee Motivation course has been devoted to enhance leadership
effectiveness by teaching managers/supervisors how to motivate
employees from different perspectives. This course presentation is
complimented with two impressive videos, "The Sid Story"and "Continuous
Motivation".

The Last Lecture
This motivational two-hour workshop is based upon the book and video by Randy Pausch entitled The Last Lecture.
The author was a professor at Carnegie Mellon and in his early 40s when
he learned he had inoperable cancer and had only 4-6 months to live.
His inspiring last lecture will help participants become better
leaders and managers by focusing on goal setting, managing people
effectively, and making a difference in the world. His story in
inspiring and participants will have the chance to view his last
lecture and discuss the impact his words and thoughts had on them.
Cost: $39.00 per person.
