Change Management
This innovative two-hour workshop will enable participants to better deal with change and understand the change management process. Participants will receive the tools necessary to shift from a Security and Control mindset to a Learning and Discovery mindset. Participants will learn how to successfully lead a change initiative and how to effectively communicate changes to employees and residents, whether positive or negative.
Stress Management
This two-hour workshop is designed to help you understand the causes and effects of stress and how to better manage them. Participants will learn about the physical, emotional and mental consequences of too much stress. The difference between eustress and distress will also be discussed. Participants will leave the workshop with tools to help them better manage their negative stress.
Certificate: Certificate of Completion for each class
