Aging Services of Arizona's 26th Annual Conference & Exposition is a mainstay and still your best avenue to personally deliver your message and spotlight your product. Your participation is vital in supporting our statewide association, which represents over 100 providers of continuing care through retirement communities, senior housing, assisted living and nursing facilities, as well as home and community service organizations for the elderly ... that translates into 10,000-plus beds/units and employees.

Aging Services of Arizona is requesting continuing education units (CEUs) from the following:

Continuing Education Units listed with concurrent session descriptions in the brochure are based on units requested. The actual number of units granted will be determined by the various organizations, committees, and boards listed above.

Aging Services of Arizona is proud to announce our entertainment at our Networking Dinner on Tuesday, June 2nd. Come Back Buddy is a 3-piece rock-n-roll band inspired by the legendary "Buddy Holly and the Crickets." The trio's repertoire includes the music of many artists from the 50's era including Elvis Presley, Chuck Berry, Johnny Cash, Roy Orbison, Ricky Nelson, and of course - Buddy Holly! Cocktails and the Networking Dinner will be from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The Networking Dinner is not included in the registration fee and has a separate cost of $60 per person.

COST/PAYMENT:

The individual registration fee for the pre-conference is $150 ($200 for non-members).

The individual registration free is $375 ($475 for non-members) for each of the first four (4) attendees from a group. Additional registrations after the first four (4) are $100 each ($200, non-members). One-Day registration fee is $175 ($200, non-members). Students may register fro the conference for a rate of $100 for the entire two-day conference.
