SALES AND MARKETING DIRCTOR - ASSISTED LIVING COMMUNITY
Bethesda Adult Communities is currently accepting resumes for a Sales and Marketing Director at Bethesda Gardens in Phoenix, Arizona. This position is responsible for all sales and marketing activities for the community including sales calls, tours, sales and marketing presentations, and follow-up with all prospects. Developes and maintains a Referral Source list to include physicians, discharge planners, social workers, and community organizations for the elderly. Will conduct training of internal personall. Prepares and presents reports to the Executive Director. The ideal candidate will have experience with sales and marketing strategic planning; excellent oral and written communicaiton skills; professional appearance and demeanor that encourages a positive nuturing environment for the residents, families, vendors, and guests; and strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint).
