MAINTENANCE/JANITORIAL POSITION

Matured experienced Maintenance/Janitorial person for Tempe, AZ 48 unit HUD property. Full time position from 8:00am-4:30pm, plus on call for maintenance emergencies during evening and weekend hours. Must have own transportation. HVAC, plumbing, electrical and drywall experience a plus. Salary depends on experience. Paid vacation, 401K, health benefits available.
