We seek a mission-oriented leader with a passion for serving Elders to join our team as the Executive Director. Requirements include: 3+ years experience as an Executive Director or comparable management experience in a senior living environment; professional image; ability to interact with residents and families in a caring manner; excellent business/financial acumen and staff management skills.
